With over 17 years of experience as an energy professional and 22 years overall of technical expertise, Cesar Santos's vast experience ranges from the evaluation of substantial investment opportunities, business development, contract negotiation, until construction, commercial operation to asset management.

​

From the commercial and legal perspective, he has experience originate, structure, and negotiate EPC, PPAs, Financing, and O&M contracts. From a financial standpoint, he has experience in the emission of corporate bonds; business and financial management, due diligence, and project finance for renewable energy assets.

​

From the private, public and academic perspective, he participates with leadership in the design, develops and implementation of projects, initiatives, which include Public-Private Partnerships Companies (PPP); on sustainable development, conventional and renewable energy technologies, innovation and sustainable energy fields.
